We offer a full range of heads from Standard Leadfree to Full Race for the
FWD MGs.
The Metro range is the same as the 'A' Series 1275 heads, although all the
heads are based on 1.401" valves.
The R and S series heads respond well to modification; power improvements
are impressive as the modified heads can match the flow capabilities of the
twin Webers . Further gains can be achieved with the fitting of K&N filters
and an uprated exhaust system.
The 2.0 litre Maestro and Montego heads increase output by 12+bhp when modified.
The 2.0 litre Turbo heads gain around 20 bhp when modified. We can improve
the power output further using larger designer exhaust valves, although we
do not recommend this conversion for road use.
